This 7,200 sq. ft. two story Northwest Craftsman was designed by architect Carlos Delgado. Landscape was designed by architect Laurie Sager.

It features timber frame trusses, custom milled and radio frequency dried to ensure the high quality joinery will remain as the timber ages.

The exterior siding is clear 1X10 cedar with architectural comp roof and metal roofing on the thermal chimneys. Automated windows in the basement and a thermal chimney supply the house with truly "green" air conditioning.

Exterior colored concrete decks give a rock solid feel to the elevated decks. Powder coated steel posts support stainless steel cable railings that won't interrupt the view of the vanishing edge pool.

All stone was from a local quarry, which minimize the carbon footprint.

The interior has cherry floors, a cherry paneled elevator, fir doors, windows and trim. Cherry cabinetry was custom built in our millwork shop.
